An in-depth understanding of the design professional's and contractor's relationships with each other, clients, subcontractors, workers, and the public.

General method of instruction
Discussion of the week's materials (text and cases) led by the instructor. Students are encouraged to participate in the weekly forums.
Recommended preparation
This course is required for CM students.
Class assignments and grading
Each week students should preview the website's class outlines, then read cases and problems in the text and Washington cases and statutes as assigned. Principles and concepts appearing in the materials will be discussed in weekly forums and students are encouraged to participate in those online discussions.
Students earn scores on a research paper, and leadership and participation in the weekly online discussions.
Grades are based on total scores (research paper plus participation in online discussions).
