Introduction to construction labor relations topics including the culture of organized labor, contractor management/employer roles and obligations, labor laws, construction trades collective bargaining, and dispute resolution for labor matters in the construction industry.

X Describe the procedures used for dispute resolution with organized labor on construction projects
