Class description
Disability Studies offers students, faculty, and other members of the community a chance to explore the concept of "disability" from as many angles as possible -- from the history of "not able bodied" to images of disability in popular culture, to the Disability Rights movement. Disability Studies represents vast opportunities in interdisciplinary scholarship, for all people may experience disability during their lifetimes.
