Basic Civil Engineering Computing

Introduction to computer-based methods in civil and environmental engineering problems using Matlab. Prerequisite: CEE 220.

Class description

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 1) apply computer-based methods to Civil and Environmental Engineering problems, 2) read, understand, adapt, and modify MATLAB code with basic proficiency, and 3)describe the role and nature of computation in engineering practice.
