Course Objectives & Structure This course is designed to build your proficiency and power in the following areas: 1. Writing, in letter, resume, report and journal formats 2. Speaking to audiences, on your own and as part of a group 3. Analyzing communications challenges to find workable options, and 4. Self-confidence, through journaling, surveys, coursework and activities

In-class give-and-take, and “real world” challenges move this course along. The Coursepak and journal are used as workbooks, the text and dictionary as references.
