Prerequisite: undergraduate or graduate courses (or equivalent) determined individually for each special topic.
Class description
Course covers basic principles of cell biology (including cell structure, function, and signaling), recombinant RNA/DNA technology, and specific examples of cellular bioengineering applications including gene delivery, RNA silencing, and tissue engineering. Prerequisite: Bioen 501
