Class description

ART OF BAROQUE ITALY (ART H 373) This course serves as an introduction to the rich variety of art produced in Italy from the late sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, from the polemical realism of Caravaggio to the tour-de-force sculptural programs of Bernini.
