Emphasis on basic leadership and management fundamentals, professional knowledge, and communicative skills required of an Air Force officer. Case studies used to examine leadership and management situations. Class description
The focus this quarter is on military ethics, teamwork and communications, with some discussion of Air Force management tools. There will be a large research project in the place of a final exam that will give students an opportunity to learn leadership first hand from a local veteran.
