Class description
This course is an introduction to photography as an art form. The focus of the course will be on camera operation and capturing images with full creative control: freezing motion, selecting a focus area of an image, controlling the exposure, and adjusting images in post processing.
In addition to technical skills, the course will encourage you to explore the visual language of photography, learn about contemporary and past photographers, communicate in the visual medium, and look at photographic works (of your own and others) with a critical eye.
