Departmental Information
Access is restricted to UW staff
Use this service to create extract files containing department-level information from the UW Student Database,
including:
- Class lists for your department's courses
- Time Schedule information for your courses
- Students enrolled in your department's degree programs
- Students receiving degrees from your department
- Students applying to your graduate program
The resulting extract files are suitable for loading into a departmental database
or a spreadsheet.
To use the system:
- You must be a user of the SDB online system, identified as working in an academic department or college/school.
- You must have a UW NetID.
If you have forgotten your password, please contact help@cac.washington.edu.
- You must be authorized to use this service. For authorization, contact Bob Jansson, Registrar's Office.
- Extracts are made from uwsdb, a copy of the information in
the Student Database (SDB).
