Resources

In support of strategic initiatives, the Office of the Provost works to gather and share resources, best practices and experiences of UW faculty and staff to help others quickly find and implement ideas for improvements in their own work.

Provost reports feature faculty, programs, and departments that are working towards the UW’s strategic goals. Reports to date focus teaching and learning in the digital age and enhancing the student experience to better prepare graduates for meaningful lives and successful careers.

Resource videos spotlight innovative faculty sharing effective teaching techniques and showcase units who improved their organizational effectiveness.

Provost briefs on innovation catalog in depth examples of UW units improving organizational effectiveness, teaching and learning, and complex collaborations in research and education to tackle society’s most pressing problems.

Visioning documents articulate what the UW anticipates the future will be for the university as a whole and in key areas.

Tools and templates are resources created through the work of strategic initiatives to help the UW community.

The Fostering Research Collaboration website provides researchers access to a host of tools, templates, and resources to help them find collaborators, apply for training grants, establish new research centers, set up teams and budgets for collaboration, and locate funding.
