October UpdateTraining for semi-annual beta testers took place the week of September 14. The testing effort provided valuable input and brought to light some technical problems. The eFECS team is currently working on load testing and improving system performance. Beta testing will be reinstigated when our advisory and user groups acknowledge that the system is stable and performance is acceptable.

Thank you Feedback Session Participants!Four feedback sessions were held in late August - early September. Over fifty people representing more than 40 departments/divisions attended. Each session included a demo of the new online FEC application followed by a Q&A period. Participants also completed a written survey to give feedback about the look and feel of the eFECS application and the terminology used to describe the various sections of the online FEC. This valuable feedback will help us release a better product to campus. Thank you!
