LifeWise Assurance termination letters

LifeWise Assurance sent plan termination letters during the month of August 2014 to current SHIP enrollees who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

The termination letter is proof that you have involuntarily lost coverage and enables you to enroll in a new plan (effective immediately) before the next open enrollment period begins, whether you use Washington Health Benefit Exchange Plans or other state or federal insurance marketplace plans.

If you have not received your termination letter

Please contact LifeWise Assurance as soon as possible if you have not received your letter.  For instructions on enrolling in the exchange, read the qualifying event enrollment letter.
