UW Seattle Safety Resources

- Provides emergency response to violent incidents and direct threats of harm to persons or property. The UWPD also provides Crime Prevention services designed to assist in identifying problems and intervening to prevent violence.

- Central triage for violence concerns and reporting. Provides support and education to ensure that individuals are connected with services and resources that fit their needs and concerns.
- NightRide: 206-685-3146
- Operates Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. during autumn, winter and spring quarters. The shuttles carry students, faculty and staff from campus to their destinations in three zones within one mile north, east, and west of campus. Passengers may ride free with a U-PASS.

- UW Women's Center
- Offers a safe space and point of contact for students and community members in addressing sensitive issues in their lives, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, depression and eating disorders. - Students, faculty, staff and visitors can use the campus Safety Escort Program. The service operates Monday through Friday, 6pm to 11pm.

- The University of Washington, Tacoma, encourages students, faculty, staff, and visitors to use the Campus Safety Escort Program to walk you safely to your vehicle. The program is staffed with contracted security personnel.
