Training Opportunities
Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend a 50-minute session to learn:
- What the UW is doing to help prevent violence
- How to identify and report behaviors which might lead to violence
- How to respond during a violent incident
Sessions are free and open to the entire UW community.

To arrange training for your department, workgroup, or interest group, send your request to safecampus@u.washington.edu.
Training for your group can be especially effective by allowing people who work together to think about violence prevention in the context of your unit's unique needs.
