Grant Runner enables you to complete grants.gov applications directly within SAGE. You no longer have to download SF424 forms from Grants.gov; you complete these forms directly in SAGE. Grant Runner also prepopulates your forms with standard material and automatically checks for common SF424 errors./p>
You can use Grant Runner when:
- The sponsor is NIH (National Institutes of Health);
- SF424 is required;
- Your application has a modular budget under $250,000; and
- Your application funding opportunity is a R01, R03, or R21.
FORM SET CHANGE NOTICE: NIH is transitioning to an updated form set with a Competition ID of FORMS-C. The new form set will be required for all applications due on or after September 25, 2013 (NIH Guide Notice; FORM-C changes).
Grant Runner will make the new form set available starting on August 28, so you can either wait to start your application in SAGE, or download and use the PDF forms from the NIH website. Some opportunities may allow the use of form B or C depending on the due date. If your due date is on or after September 25, 2013, be sure to use FORMS-C.
Note: A Grant Runner application created with FORMS-B cannot be converted to FORMS-C.
