The Office of Research published A Primer on Facilities and Administrative Costs dated June, 2001. The publication supersedes the Primer dated December, 1996. The purpose of the Primer is to provide background information on facilities and administrative costs to members of the University of Washington Community. A copy of the Primer is enclosed as an attachment to this GIM.
