- CSREES will
not create its own
electronic grants system,
but instead will utilize
the common Federal electronic
application and reporting
system (see
E-Grants Initiative below under
DoED) . CSREES intends
to begin a phased implementation
of e-Grants with the
fiscal year (FY) 2004
proposal cycle and
by FY 2005, all proposal

mid-June. Potential applicants should obtain the on-line application
