The Help Desk and Support Program provides assistance to users of ORIS programs via email and phone. Comprehensive online help documentation is also available for self-directed troubleshooting. Submit questions to: sagehelp@u.wa or call (206) 685-8335. The Help Desk is staffed Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
ORIS's Learning function provides learning solutions to support users of ORIS programs, currently including instructor-led classes and online eLearning.
