New Features for SAGE
The SAGE project has received 4 years of additional funding to support
development of new functionality that includes:
- Development of SPAERC to serve as the single system within OSP, which
includes improving the NEA process and automating additional compliance
processes, such as master agreements, budget revisions, and no-cost
extensions
- Electronic routing and file storage of proposals and other materials
associated with the pre-award grants process
- Detailed budget building to meet sponsor and UW needs
- System-2-System integration with Grants.gov
- Templates & sub-forms
- Reporting & data access
Other, Miscellaneous Items
- Expand access restriction to 4-5 SAGE roles in ASTRA to support new
functionality
- Utilize delagator and authorizer data in ASTRA, when no user data
is available
- Better support escalation of responsibility
- Allow Chairs and Dean's to view applications with their own role-based
access
- Modify personnel page to allow multiple appts to be chosen (supports
joint appointments)Add functionality to support Record Retention policy
- Transferring ownership of eGC1 (former staff transfer to new staff)
- Give PIs access to all awarded Abstracts for key word search.
- Auto re-approval if eGC1 is Withdrawn during routing and new data
is added
- Re-design faculty sponsor functionality on the PI & Personnel
pages of eGC1
- Electronic NEA sent to GCA
