Applications submitted to federal Sponsors via Grants.gov or Grant Runner are recognized as submitted only when the application has been ratified by Grants.gov and the Sponsor agency. Therefore, it is important to submit your application in a timely manner to allow time for UW internal review and approval, any necessary corrections, and any technical issues at Grants.gov or with the Sponsor System.
