A series of advisory groups will provide strategic and tactical leadership to the process of determining scope, development, deployment, training and communication of eRA systems at the University of Washington.

Research Advisory Board (RAB)

Meets monthly Sponsored Projects Administrative Nucleus (SPAN)
Rotating Chair: Jim Kresl, Carol Zuiches, Susan Camber, Sara Gomez

Campus Administrators Advisory Group (CAAG)

Meets 1-2 times per month

Faculty Resource Group (FRG)

Technical Advisory Group (TAG)

User Task Groups (UTG)

Facilitator: Gretchen Davis Richey
UTGs are comprised of content experts from various campus schools, colleges and central offices who work together to develop system requirements through an iterative design process. These new requirements come from the UTG participants' collective experience and from UW policy and procedures.
