Subject: Have a submission to do in the EHBs? Its easy to find!

New usability features have arrived at the HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) on July 27th, 2012! If you have an upcoming submission to meet a condition of award or reporting requirement, please read this email to understand how to start your work.
With this update, all of your submissions can be found on the Tasks tab. The new user Interfaces Tasks tabs show you all of your pending tasks:

  • Displays all the user’s pending work across organizations, programs, and grants/non-grants available for your role
  • Allows users to prioritize work through sorting, filtering, or grouping of work by due dates
  • Allows users to easily begin work for a specific grant (e.g. create a prior approval request) across organizations, programs, or grants

After you log in, just click on the tasks tab to view the table of upcoming submissions. On the left-hand side, you can choose filtering options such as:

  • Applications
  • Prior Approvals
  • Submissions
  • User Access Requests

Once you have found the task that you want to work on, choose the Edit/Start drop down button to get going. Be sure to review the Pending Tasks video to orient yourself to the new way of navigating in the EHBs here. If you have any questions, the HRSA Contact Center will be available from 9 to 5:30 EDT to assist you.
