Subject: Now accepting: Applications for SRP Wetterhahn Award - due August 1, 2012
Dear SRP Graduate Students and Post-Docs,
The NIEHS Superfund Research Program (SRP) is pleased to announce acceptance of applications for the 15th Annual Superfund Research Program (SRP) Wetterhahn Award beginning July 1st. Applications are due August 1st, 2012. The SRP has established this annual award to recognize an outstanding graduate student or post-doctoral researcher that best demonstrates the qualities of scientific excellence exhibited by Dr. Karen Wetterhahn, who passed away in 1997. The award is open to ALL SRP trainees to apply (an SRP trainee is either funded directly by an SRP grant (P42 or R01) or is conducting research/activities funded by SRP).
Please see the Wetterhahn webpage and application guidelines below for additional information. You can also view bios from our past winners on our webpage.
