Obama administration announces increases in FY 2011 budget allocation for several research funding agencies, including:
· National Institutes of Health (NIH) receives $1 billion (3.2%) increase for a total of $32 billion
· National Science Foundation (NSF) is provided an 8% increase for a total of $7.4 billion
