The National Security Agency wishes to inform you that the Final RFP (Amendment 3) for IDEAS 2.0 - Challenge 04 (IDEAS - C-04) has been released through the Acquisition Resource Center (ARC) in Hanover, MD.
This is an UNCLASSIFIED acquisition.
The following UNCLASSIFIED Final RFP (Amendment 3) documents are now available:

There are three ways to access the UNCLASSIFIED information:
1. ACCESS VIA NSANET:
If you have access to the classified NSAnet you may view the information by entering keyword GO ARC and navigating to Acquisition.
2. ACCESS VIA ARCnet PKI:
If you have an account with ARCnet PKI and a valid DoD PKI certificate, logon via www.nsaarc.net/arcnetpki/Login and navigate to the RFP section of your user account to access the release.
3. ACCESS VIA THE ARC Facility:
If you do not have access to the NSAnet you can schedule an appointment to view and/or receive a copy of the pertinent information at the ARC facility by making an appointment online at www.nsaarc.net and clicking on the [Visit the ARC] link.
