Training Requirements

Training in the conduct of human subjects research is required for “key personnel” receiving funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

NIH specifies who needs to receive required human subjects education as: "Individuals who will be involved in the design and conduct of NIH-funded human subjects research must fulfill the education requirement."
