QRAM meetings are held three times a year (Fall, Winter and Spring quarter) to provide departmental, school and college research administrators with up-to-date information and an opportunity to provide input on new and changing grant and contract processes and procedures. The Administrator from each unit is welcome to attend and may send a substitute if they are not available on one of the two quarterly meeting dates. Meeting dates are announced by e-mail. Contact Tami Sadusky at tamis@u.washington.edu to be added to the QRAM e-mail list. Each quarter in advance of the meeting there is an opportunity for attendees to suggest topics for discussion. Guest speakers who are experts on specialized topics are invited when appropriate. Agendas are sent out by e-mail in advance of the meetings. The meetings are led by Tami Sadusky, Executive Director of Grant and Contract Accounting and Lynne Chronister, Director of Sponsored Programs.
