RAA utilizes a Dashboard as a management tool to provide a balanced picture of how well the department is performing. The Dashboard measures this performance from four different perspectives: customer satisfaction (Customer Perspective), internal processes (Internal Business Perspective), finances (Financial Perspective), and staff development (Learning & Growth Perspective).
