Grant and Contract Accounting (GCA), a department of Financial Management:

• Sets up grant, contract, and gift budgets in the Financial Accounting System;
• Provides oversight and guidance on compliance with federal, university, and sponsor regulations; and
• Invoices sponsors, manages related cash, prepares fiscal reports to sponsors and closes grant budgets.
