The Office of Research is striving to make all of our web pages accessible to a broad audience using a wide variety of browsers and screen readers. We minimize the use of graphics and photos, and provide descriptions for them when they are necessary. We also utilize resizeable text, and include summaries and column headers for data tables.
Many of the pages managed by the Office of Research now meet web accessibility standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Access Initiative and the U.S. Government's Section 508.
