These key concerns are part of the work of universities and research institutions involved in legal, sponsored programs, human resources, and academic departments. Please join us to explore these topics as well as related experiences and challenges within your research community in applying and managing deemed export regulations. Examples of best practices and how institutions are now incorporating export control compliance programs will be discussed. Representatives from the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) will be on hand to present information as well as listen to the key deemed export concerns facing institutions today.
