Cost Sharing Addendum
Cost sharing occurs when an application commits allowable expenses (i.e., personnel, tuition, equipment or services) for which the research grant will not be charged.
When applicable, the PI or department must complete and submit the eGC1 Cost Share Addendum to OSP at the time of award. If OSP has not received this form when the Funding Action is sent to GCA, the account will be set up with restricted 02 status and advance budget requests will be blocked.
