Project Steering Committee

Task Groups
Task Groups of representatives from across the UW community will focus on the three key areas of the Roadmap project: Administrative Systems, Information Management, and Governance. The Task Groups in each area will provide detailed input on:
- Current state and trends
- Vision
- Analyzing the gap between the current state and vision
- Action plan

Task Group Facilitators and Staff
Task Group facilitators act as project coordinators for the task groups, support task group leads, facilitate working sessions, manage the research process, and complete the required documentation. Task Group staff provide support to task group leads and facilitators, perform research, and maintain documentation in working sessions. Task Group facilitators and staff are:

IM/AS Technology Advisory Group
The role of the IM/AS Technology Advisory Group is to advise on technology issues relating to the Strategic Roadmap, resolve cross organizational technical issues that arise from the business task groups, review deliverables from the information management task groups, and provide input into the prioritization of the Roadmap from a technical perspective.
