Community – All staff at the UW who engage in information management, especially those who are actively developing information systems that interact with university data.

Partnerships – Collaborative relationships with members of the OIM community who are not simply "customers" but are solution providers who have knowledge and expertise that can help the UW achieve our information management goals.

Analyze Projects and Processes – Assist with analyzing and aligning business processes, determining requirements and needs, and assessing the feasibility of proposed projects.

Enable Community Innovation – Advocate for community-developed solutions and work with OIM and C&C technical divisions to support a distributed development environment for the UW.

Coordinate Community Resources – Help partners by identifying community resources that might be made available to assist with information systems development projects.

Identify Existing Solutions – Introducing partners to existing tools, applications, projects, and services that meet their needs.
