Participating Departments and Colleges
One of the hallmarks of the workshop design is networking across different colleges and bringing together peers from similar disciplines. This structure allows deans, associate deans, and chairs to gain different perspectives on issues facing faculty leaders. The faculty also identify well with peers from similar disciplines.
