The Office of Scholarly Integrity (OSI) resides in the Office of the Provost. OSI coordinates, in consultation and cooperation with the Schools, Colleges and Campuses, inquiries and investigations into allegations of scientific and scholarly misconduct. OSI is responsible for compliance with reporting requirements established by various federal and other funding agencies in matters of scientific and scholarly misconduct. OSI maintains all records resulting from inquiries and investigations of such allegations.
University rules for addressing allegations of scientific and scholarly misconduct are published in the University Handbook, Vol. IV, Part IX, Chapter 1, Executive Order #61.
