The Academic Personnel team has defined 7 strategic goals to help focus our resources on the improvement of services for academic personnel administrations in support of faculty, librarians, and academic staff. Our strategic goals for the 2011-2013 biennium and the major projects intended to support them are listed below.
Compliance
Identify and mitigate risks in compliance obligations and develop an agile framework to coordinate audit responses

Recruitment
Deliver operational efficiencies in central support of the recruitment lifecycle
Employment Transitions
Develop and enhance programs for career transitions of academic personnel (on-boarding to retirement)
