Interim U-TAC is now responsible for all areas of information technology (IT) governance formerly covered by the committee(s) listed below.

U-TAC is chaired by the Provost and Executive Vice President and is composed of 16 to 18 members, including a combination of core I-MAC and A-TAC membership. U-TAC is appointed by the President annually. Membership includes:
