I-MAC Project Agreement Process
I-MAC Project Agreement Process
About Project Agreements
A project agreement is a signed record of a work agreement between OIM
and your department, which must be signed before OIM and UW Technology work begins. The purpose of
the project agreement is to:
- Ensure that all the human and financial resources are aligned prior to moving
forward with the project
- Articulate agreements between OIM/UW Technology and the business owner about the collaboration
- Authorize OIM/UW Technology work to begin (it cannot begin without signatures)
- Authorize billing the business owner for OIM/UW Technology effort
A project agreement is written in collaboration with OIM/UW Technology staff, and you
can begin it as soon as your project is approved.
OIM/UW Technology staff will work with you to write the agreement and get the signatures you need.
