Every day across our campuses, UW employees work hard to achieve the goals of the University. Our people's dedication to their work is both exemplary and extensive, and our recognition of their efforts should be, too.

The Recognition Team's job is to find ways to acknowledge the contributions, both big and small, of UW faculty and staff to the University. Honoring the good work of our colleagues not only makes the UW a more humane place to work, it builds employee satisfaction, improves staff retention, boosts job performance, and helps achieve departmental goals.
