Changes from Pine 4.41 to 4.42

NEW IN PINE 4.42

Version 4.42 is a bug-fix release that addresses bugs found in earlier
releases.

Bugs that have been addressed in this release include:
  * Replying to a message may close the folder containing the message.
  * Pine fails to compile in non-DEBUG mode.
  * PC-Pine crashes in some dialogs when run in Dialog Box mode.
