The UW Parent/Family Resource and Referral Service is a phone and email service designed to assist parents and family members with specific questions and concerns.
Operating during business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5pm PST, the service is staffed by a knowledgeable professional familiar with the University, and its programs, services and activities. If appropriate, you will be referred to a specific department on campus for additional information.
You may either telephone (206) 616-3936 to speak with someone or email your questions to uwhelp@u.washington.edu. Questions that arrive by email will be answered within twenty-four hours.
