Office of the Ombud

Staff concerns

The UW employs over 25,000 individuals and the work of our employees is among the university’s most valuable resources. Staff are encouraged by their management to raise concerns, but may be unsure how to do so effectively. The Ombud is an independent and impartial resource to help employees discover their full-range of options.
