Rolando Rodriguez

I graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies – Latin America, and a minor in Diversity. While at the University of Washington, the OMA&D was instrumental in achieving academic and personal goals en route to graduation. I took advantage and utilized many of the OMA&D’s services: The OMA&D Mentor Program, Instructional Center (IC), EOP Counselors, and Ethnic Cultural Center.

Currently, I serve as the Internal Regional Diversity Consultant for Aerotek Inc. In this role I am responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the diversity strategies and initiatives of our company’s West, Northwest, and Midwest Regions. This is done through internal training and development, planning, event execution, and building and maintaining networks and relationships to further our diversity initiatives, goals, and recruitment efforts.
