A professor of chemistry and assistant vice chancellor at Louisiana State University, Dr. McGuire will participate in the Studying Smart in STEM workshop at UW, April 6-8. Her lecture on April 6 is open to the campus community. The event is sponsored by OMA&D STEM divisions including the Health Sciences Center Minority Students Program, Initiative for Maximizing Student Diversity, Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation and Student Support Services STEM.
