Fabiola Viveros has been crowned as Miss Hispanic SEAFAIR 2009 by the Hispanic SEAFAIR Scholarship Program for Women. Miss Viveros is a proud student of the University of Washington and has served as a Student Ambassador for the Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity.
Among her duties as Miss Hispanic SEAFAIR, Miss Viveros will encourage service and involvement in the Hispanic community, as well as promote and embrace the multitude of cultures within the Hispanic community.
