Music History Placement Test Test Information Sheet
| FEE: | $25.00 Paid at the time of testing in cash or check. |
| REGISTRATION: | Contact the Testing Center to schedule an individual testing appointment. Drop-in appointments are not available. |
| SCORES: | Results from the Music Placement Test are returned to the examinee within ten minutes after the examination. Scores are sent to the University of Washington's Undergraduate School of Music. Scores will be reported as a percentage and are based on the number of questions answered correctly. |
| ON THE DAY OF THE TEST: | The examinee must bring photo identification, #2 pencils, the test fee, and know her/his UW Student Number or social security number. No one will be admitted into the examination without proper photo identification. |
