New HUB meeting spaces open for reservations
Its still very much a construction site, but reservations are now being accepted for the new HUB, scheduled to open next fall. Reservations can be made for events beginning Oct. 1, 2012, or thereafter.
For the ballrooms, the Lyceum (the old auditorium) or a combination of break-out rooms, reservations can be made two years in advance. These rooms are suitable for dinners, banquets, talent shows, graduation celebrations, conferences, etc.
For one-time space in a meeting room, reservations can be made one year in advance. Reservations for a series of meetings wont be accepted until September of 2012.
Reservations are accepted online only. A reservation login account is required, and can be set up online.
