UW Medicine/Seattle Library ADHD talk April 6
“Its a team effort to help those with ADHD” is the topic of the closing talk in this seasons UW Medicine/Seattle Public Library Public Lecture Series. The presentation will take place from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m., Wednesday, April 6, in the Microsoft Auditorium, Level 1, in the downtown Seattle Public Library, 1000 Fourth Avenue.
The speaker will be Dr. Christopher K. Varley, UW professor of psychiatry, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is a noted expert on attention deficit disorders and related conditions.
Varley will define ADHD and will share his ideas on managing symptoms and redirecting energy toward constructive and educational paths.
The program is free and geared to the general public. Everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.
